In accordance with the weird self-care kick I’ve been on (and all those are working out great so far), I’ve been stirring this into my tea twice a day after reading a lot about the benefits. It is…not totally flavorless, but after less than a week, my skin looks incredible and my nails are growing at a rate I’d be thrilled with if I didn’t hate the way having long nails feels (honestly, how can anyone stand that?), proving once again that for me, health is a nice side effect of vanity.
